What the service is:
A daily inbox triage and diary management service that ensures your clients experience the same level of care you expect whilst keeping you sane.
Quick questions and ‘simple diary requests’ that in reality take up precious time that you need to spend on more complex or more urgent matters. This is where I come in. Every client and the time that you have spent building the relationship with them matters, however there are only so many hours in the day.
Not only that, shifting priorities and sensitivities may mean diary shuffling that requires a close and smart eye. I spend time getting to know you and your needs so that I can manage these needs with minimal fuss and maximum discretion.
How it works:
Relationships are absolutely essential for both my work for you and my work with you. To add the most value to your business there is an initial period of onboarding to get going and then a more subtle and inbuilt period of building upon that. You will find that once the many questions have been answered that many things will become second nature for me and it will soon feel like you have an additional super power: your PA. This is how it works:

Why me:
Choosing a PA is a personal process; you need to feel a connection with that person first and foremost. There IS more to consider. Just like in any industry, there are many areas of strengths or specialisms to consider. We all come with different skill sets. Oftentimes, professional PAs have had prior careers which gives us additional skills to offer and draw upon.
Where I add particular value for you: liaison, communication and emotional intelligence. Throughout my work across Events, Marketing and Personal Assistance fields, I have been relied on time and time again to navigate situations with diplomacy, tact, sensitivity and confidentiality. I have designed this service offer to ensure that your clients receive the same level of care and consideration that you would provide yourself. By spending time to understand you and your needs, I can help you navigate situations from diarising all the way up to a tricky client discussion.
Personally, I thoroughly enjoy working closely with someone and supporting them in a way that frees them up to drive their work forwards.

Fee:
My hourly rate is £25.
I also work on a retainer basis.
